Job Details:

  • Contract : 6 months
  • Working Location: Depot Road
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)

Responsibilities

  • Digitisation of HR documents and records (e.g. sort files, scan hardcopy documents, efile them, verify accuracy of records, shred documents)
  • Updating and maintaining of databases
  • Support other administrative duties for HR activities and programmes (e.g.,liaise with candidates to arrange interviews, follow up on queries/documentation, facilitate first-day reporting for new hires, support promotional and publicity activities)

Requirements

  • Diploma or A-Level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in IT systems and databases
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
