This task is performed as part of the project Retail of the Future (RoTF) in global alignment with Vertical Sales Operations (VerSO).
  • The main VerSO project objectives are:
  • 1) General:
  • Process Manager for E2E Region Overseas Retail of the Future Processes and related integration of VerSO product clusters.

2) Strategy & Concept:

  • Direct and lead the VerSO enablement of RoS Retail of the Future blueprint processes.
  • Understand the needs of various stakeholders across sales levels with the core focus on Regional blueprint and coordination with other regions.
  • Define the crucial touchpoints along the E2E sales process to enable the omnichannel experience with VerSo clusters for direct sales as well as for indirect sales markets and derive short, mid
- and long-term project plans.

  • Conceptualizing an IT Target Landscape to support the VerSO and Retail of the Future Sales Process Blueprint in collaboration with the IT-Department.

3) Project Management:

  • Define product roadmap and delivery timelines in close alignment with stakeholders in the markets, divisions at Region Overseas, IT, HQ other regions and VerSO stakeholders.
  • Determine the required budget and capacity requirements, manage and monitor the budget and its actuals.
  • Steer and oversee the product strategy, development and implementation of the Vertical Sales Operations processes.
  • Define success factors and KPI's to measure the health and success of the project.

4) Governance:

  • Consolidating and streamlining business requirements in alignment with markets, other departments, HQ and IT developers; governing of localization requirements of markets.
Establish MS/OSD as a cornerstone support and innovation center to markets in the Region Overseas by:

  • Professionally and actively coaching and supporting markets in the digitalization of retail business, implementation of digital tools, enhancing customer experience and processes, content support, project management. Actively support markets in their information needs and related queries. Communicate and escalate these to respective supplier helpdesks, CoC IT or DAG HQ departments where necessary.
  • Drive new innovations and new enhancements linked to the digitalization of retail business by conducting workshops with markets, dealers and endusers
  • Measure development's stability and usage using the performance management metrics and tools
  • Identify and evaluate new solutions, concepts and ideas in digital tools. Assess market readiness for solutions from a business perspective.
  • Collaborate with Global teams and market business and IT units to ensure smooth execution of global and local initiatives.

Qualifikationen:

  • University degree associated with Business Management & Information Systems or Communication
  • More than 5 years experience in similar role of lead product ownership, project/program management
  • Experience in Software development & Scrum methodology
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing Business in the Automotive Sector
  • Experience working with multicultural team in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in service oriented, strategy development and planning environment
  • Experience in endtoend projects, from concept to implementation
  • Good understanding of technology development, customer service and business
  • Retail, wholesale process and customer service knowledge
  • International experience with good international business acumen
  • Leadership & team qualities, able to motivate project members to meet demanding deadlines
  • Excellent planning, organisation and management skills
  • Good command of English
  • Adaptability to different cultures and able to travel
