Your role will be to guide brides-to-be on suitable wedding dresses, based on their preferences and body, while providing an amazing Bridefully Yours experience.

Bridefully Yours was established in 2019 to celebrate the uniqueness of being a lady. We are now one of the leading bridal companies in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultation and fitting sessions to recommend wedding gowns and services
  • Followup with clients and answer their enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule fitting appointments
  • Work with seamstresses to fit customers and ensure that gowns fit them as required
  • Take measurements and work with seamstresses to ensure that gowns are well fitted
  • Maintain records of clients and gown rentals
  • Assist in opening/closing, presentation and maintenance of studio
  • Assist manager to ensure smooth running of the studio

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Have an eye for fashion and styling
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Responsible, meticulous and a team player
  • Able to multitask and perform well in a fast paced environment
  • Can work retail hours (12 PM to 9 PM) on weekends and/or public holidays
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin to communicate with Chinesespeaking member of team is a plus
  • Min 2 years of work experience in a customer service/frontend sales capacity, preferably from hospitality or other service industries
