Role Summary

ENAMOURED LUXE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant - Bridal Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our luxury designer bridal boutique in Singapore's CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members to provide outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Conduct sales appointments with brides, understanding their needs and offering tailored gown/package recommendations
  • Work closely with seamstresses to ensure accurate fittings and meet customer requirements
  • Resolve product or service issues with customers, escalating to supervisor as needed
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and emails in a professional manner
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries
  • Keen eye for fashion and styling
  • Minimum degree or diploma in any discipline
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment

5-day work week (Tuesdays to Saturdays), fixed + commission salary structure, and a dynamic work environment in the heart of Singapore's CBD.
