- Get familiar with the daily operational tasks:
- Handle Customer Complaints at Call Centre
- Pause in Queuemetrics
- Log Off Queuemetrics
- Login to Queuemetrics
- Manage Web Portal Appointment Bookings
- Assist with Appointment Booking for Australian Visa Application
- Offer timely and accurate information to all incoming calls/emails.
- Strive to achieve results by making outbound calls.
- Take the initiative to inform, update, solve issues, and gather feedback from customers.
- Maintain professionalism and competence in interactions with customers.
- Address queries and concerns from customers effectively.
- Promote services, conduct surveys, and publicize events effectively.
- Stay updated on products/services to address customer queries.
- Propose solutions and gather feedback from customers.
- Uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer service and call center operations.
- Enhance skills through training and workshops.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the call center.
- Follow instructions for effective center operations.
- Provide support in multiple languages.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, diplomacy, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Fluency in at least two languages
- Good sense of humor is a plus
