Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the full spectrum of HR operations relating to employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Handle monthly full payroll cycle including processing of attendance, overtime, claims.
  • Responsible for statutory submission of CPF, Annual Income Tax (IR8A) & Tax Clearance (IR21).
  • Update and maintain employee records and leave management in HR system

  • Administer annual performance management.
  • Participate in HR manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Prepare HR management reports and update of organizational chart
  • Assist in drafting and updating employee handbook, SOPs, HR policies and procedures, etc.
  • Involve in HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Support with the implementation of groundup HR initiatives / HR events
  • Assist the Human Resource Manager in HR operations and any other projects when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist / HR operational role.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore's employment legislation including Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS, Foreign Manpower Act.
  • Responsible, meticulous, adaptable, resourceful, selfmotivated with high integrity.
  • Independent and a team player with positive work attitude and peopleoriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Only Singaporeans.
