Job description:
Mission Descriptions:
- Coordinate team with Division Manager, including creating a detailed yearly capacity plan with associated tasks.
- Define, refine, and finalize project scope, delineating clear boundaries for inclusions and exclusions.
- Design and oversee the Roadmap in alignment with Division capacity plans, ensuring program milestones are met.
- Draft and regularly update the project identification documentation.
- Identify dependencies and risks related to other projects or wider transformation efforts.
- Participate in weekly operational meetings and attend additional meetings upon request.
- Organize and lead monthly Steering Committee sessions.
- Monitor the project budget following established guidelines.
- Provide both regular and ad hoc reporting to program management.
- Track project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to timelines.
- Prepare for validation meetings in accordance with governance standards.
Profile Requirements:
- Accumulate a minimum of 7 years' experience as a service delivery manager, preferably within the wealth management sector of the banking industry.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering largescale projects.
- Prove expertise in managing delivery teams and engaging with senior management stakeholders.
- Possess robust knowledge of integration and migration projects.
- Acquire a good understanding of banking processes, with a particular focus on Front Office tools.
- Maintain a proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and assist the project team in achieving its goals.
- Develop synthesis and coordination skills, ensuring focused communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Anticipate risks proactively and prepare mitigation strategies.
