Role Summary

  • Responsible for proactively understanding market trends and identifying potential new customer pools to achieve growth pipeline for regional Healthcare business.

Market & Sales Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis via different sources and generate datadriven market insights to support the regional sales team
  • Work with finance to develop monthly and quarterly sales report; with strong number intuition to be able to identity number errors and business understanding.
  • Good usage of different internal reporting tools, PMDB, SalesForce, Power BI and work closely with Commercial Excellence, Finance and Sales to generate good quality reports
  • Support in other assigned projects, such as global key acct plans by conducting basic customer research, develop and collect input from local sales

  • Drive new business development opportunities that lead the category into adjacent markets, technologies or supply options. Significant involvement in the innovation process as it relates to respective market segments resulting in commercialization of differentiated technologies.
  • Support the development and management of strategy for securing key development targets.
  • Develop and maintain business development activity status report for the site.
  • Coordination of all the site's business development activities, monitoring the status and strategic fit, with consultation of the R&D and regional healthcare team.
  • Support the development of business plans including financial analysis, competitive analysis and value proposition.
  • Competitive analysis that includes overall business analysis, technology platforms, cost to produce scenarios and general strategic direction.
  • Develop key targets for market segments.
  • Execution of market strategy, sales targets and initial contracting with customers.

Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage commercial projects and strategic projects in the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, gathering information and generate insights on "so what"
  • Work closely with project team to ensure activities are consistent with the business's strategic growth targets, and on track with project plan

Role Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of years of marketing, product management or finance and equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare (medical & pharma) segment is preferred but not a mandatory
  • Packaging industry knowledge would be advantageous
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
