We are searching for a creative, customer-focused, and data-driven marketing leader to join the Promotions & Events Team at Amazon Australia & Singapore Stores.

Our goal is to provide top-notch online deal & shopping events that are personalized for customers.

You will oversee the planning and execution of deal & gifting events.

In this role, you will collect customer and category insights, brainstorm ideas, create innovative solutions to amaze customers, and assess the impact.

Your focus will be on boosting customer engagement (shopping frequency, basket size, customer spending) and loyalty through outstanding event management.

You must be customer-centric, show strong accountability, and uphold high standards.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders in Product/Programs, Vendor Management, and Public Relations to shape and enhance the customer engagement strategy and implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading Project Management of Amazon's Deal Events and/or Gifting Events in Australia & Singapore, interacting with diverse stakeholders and ensuring a top-notch customer experience, ensuring customers have an exciting event.
  • Creating and implementing processes and tools to expand marketing efforts, including automation.
  • Establishing relationships with teams in Vendor Management & Product/Programs to collectively provide customer solutions.
  • Collaborating with partners to design scalable and personalized customer campaigns through various channels (Onsite, Email & Push) to meet customer objectives.
  • Conducting A/B tests and experiments to gather insights on customer behavior and guide launch decisions.
  • Discovering best practices, including leveraging Amazon's global network, to deliver value for Australian customers.
  • Analyzing data and delving into customer metrics and research to derive actionable insights that drive customer growth and enhance engagement.
About the team

The AU & SG Deals & Events team is tasked with delivering outstanding shopping events to customers, offering them great deals and top-tier shopping experiences tailored to their preferences.

Singapore, SGP

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 years of program or project management experience
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to identify and propel enhancements
  • Track record of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting results to senior management
  • Experience in implementing scalable procedures and driving automation or standardization
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with non-tech teams
  • Proficiency in complex problem-solving and operating in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience driving process improvements
  • Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing
