About the Role:

  • Lead management and analysis of market and Quality data in order to aid the business team in decision making across the region.
  • Ensure an endtoend monitoring and management of quality processes related to Regional raw materials / semifinished products (suppliers monitoring & qualification, issue management, KPI and reporting) in accordance with Group Quality Ferrero Policy and with the 4 RM Quality Pillars

Main Responsibilities:

  • People Management
  • Manage a field team of Auditors in daily contact, from an operational perspective ensuring role requirements are met
  • Coordinate and or conduct Backchecks in the market, ensuring data accuracy and in market procedures are followed, ensuring the integrity of the data received
  • Ensures optimal performance of freshness and quality auditors vs objectives
  • Lead the training and development of Team Members and facilitate the overall training and development of the wider FAP Team in all things Quality
  • Support in providing training and ongoing guidance to new DF panels for the assigned areas to make sure they have the necessary knowhow to perform their duties


 Freshness and Quality
  • Manage Ferrero Freshness and Quality Panel across FAP region
  • Implement the structure of the freshness panel representative of market and Ferrero business
  • Ensures consistent freshness and quality data collection processes and controls accuracy of the data
  • Drives Perceived Quality Activity, generating analysis and recommendations for commercial improvement
  • Based on data received prepare biweekly reports and measure freshness performance vs objectives
  • Collaborate with IT regarding management of Auditor equipment and ensuring functionality of tools and systems
  • Analyses Freshness & Distribution performance on a timely basis and play an active role in Business Unit Commercial meetings and recommends improvement strategies together with CQM
  • Manage the PQ costs in line with CQ budget for the year, producing monthly spend reports


 Training Program
  • Develop resources and training programs to deploy Ferrero freshness culture and processes company wide.
  • Communicate cross functionally Freshness performance and performance metrics
  • Sensory & Tasting Panel Management
  • Manage monthly Sensory & Tasting Panel activities, ensure and correct procedures, attendance and protocols are followed
  • Encourage and develop quality mindset, utilizing the Sensory Panel as a tool across the total FAP business


 Projects
  • Take a leading role from a Quality perspective in cross functional projects relating to market activity, harnessing the power of the Panel in order to gather market intelligence relating to brand performance, factory trials, product modifications etc
  • Management of Industrial trials related to Regional raw materials


 Suppliers Monitoring
  • Monitoring (by Audit) Regional Suppliers quality performance, managing and monitoring improvement action plans.
  • Editing Regional Suppliers Evaluation
  • Suppliers Scouting and Qualification
  • Scouting of new suppliers
  • Qualifying New Suppliers for Noncritical Raw material and audit reporting
  • Raw Materials Quality issues management
  • Ensuring that any issue/nonconformity arising from the plants is collected and that consequently improvement actions are taken (e.g., control plans, actions towards the supplier,)
  • Escalation to Center RM Quality in case of critical nonconformity
  • Monitoring and reporting RM Quality results
  • Editing RM / SP report
