The Ethics Office - Communications Intern

Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently looking for a communications resource to support the development and production of content assets for internal marketing and communications activities.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with several teams, locally as well as teams across countries.

This position will be based in Singapore.


The foundation is being able to understand the communication needs of our employee audience, and turn them into ideas, designs, concepts, and communication plans to support employee communications and activities to strengthen the ethical culture at TikTok.

You will

  • Craft compelling and impactful content for our internal communications channels, such as our wiki pages and our internal social media channels, to support the Ethics Office messages and strategies;
  • Copywriting, drafting articles or training content for internal and external purposes, with a focus on ethics and compliance related topics. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be crucial;
  • Utilize strategic planning templates to organize and present campaign information, timing and priorities, etc to ensure successful execution of campaigns/events;
  • Support the team in administrative duties and event organization. Attention to details and organizational skills will be highly valuable;
  • Be part of various projects, including internal campaigns and promotional videos. Your creativity and dedication will help us effectively engage our audience.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Communication, Marketing or a related technical discipline;
  • Have the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working in both a team environment and on solo projects;
  • Video/Visual production knowledge (Adobe Illustrator/Premier Pro/Photoshop, Cap Cut, Canva), content marketing skills and an agile learning mindset.
