GK Laboratory (Asia) is the principle of timeless skin care products. We are doing R&D for more skin, health care supplements and skin care products.

With increasing demand and new product introductions, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Training Director (Beauty & Health Supplements) to join our team and take charge of our regional countries.


Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the regional countries.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the beauty industry.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new products and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Ensure that our beauty and health supplments products are represented effectively and consistently across all regions.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance and market trends.

Training:

  • Developing and implementing training programs for all staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver highquality services.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement and motivation.
  • Identifying and addressing training gaps and opportunities for professional development.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field may be required. A Master's degree in a related field may be preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and training in the beauty / health supplements industry is required.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of the beauty / health supplements ndustry, including products, trends, and competitors, is necessary to lead the sales and training teams effectively.
  • Excellent sales skills, including the ability to analyze sales data, develop sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs for the sales team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to deliver effective presentations and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other technology platforms is necessary to track and analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Passion for the beauty / health supplements industry include a strong interest in the latest beauty / health supplements trends, products, and techniques.
