Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and visitors as needed. Build strong relationships and act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service.
- Managing reception duties (e.g. handling of phone calls, courier services and mails)
- Manages day to day administrative support (i.e. invoicing issuance, purchasing of office and pantry supplies, inventory control & etc)
- Receive walk in client/guest at the centre and handle walkin tours for guest who came by for a viewing
- Create an engaged environment through planning, executing and supporting regular high quality events.
- Assist in the event logistics (e.g. preevent set up and preparation) and any other adhoc duties
- Inspect the centre to ensure that everything is neat & tidy and in order especially the reception, public area, meeting & conference area. Report defects immediately to maintenance and follow up when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Result and client oriented with multitasking capabilities
- Positive attitude and good team player
