Executive (Corporate Partnerships and Communications)

The Communications and Partnerships Department at FEI YUE COMMUNITY SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in centralising the organisation's fundraising efforts, coordinating pitches, and securing private funding from corporate partners and donors.
Key Responsibilities- Co-lead and manage the scope of corporate partnerships to manage various stakeholders' relations for resource mobilisation, fundraising, and awareness.
- Support branding and corporate communications works in the Communications and Partnerships department, ensuring the organisation is portrayed well in all works.
- Ensure administrative follow-up and coordination in media management, social media management, facilitating requests, and coordination between departments.
- Work closely with the team to bring ideas to life through creative design and ensure copy and visuals are in sync.
- Conceptualise and write various content and pitches in English, ensuring visuals are in sync.
- Assist in editing and vetting content for publication at an organisational level.
- Liaise with stakeholders on deadlines for content submission.
- Assist in producing content for video production and/or editing works for the organisation.
- Degree Holder
- At least 2-4 years of experience in administration, creative design, copywriting, copyediting, digital media, media relations, and event management.
- Understand the importance of meticulous and timely upkeep and management of key admin documents and the entire repository.
- Communicate well, with the ability to coordinate and communicate across teams.
- Structured, with an eye for details and the ability to multi-task on a reasonable timeline.
- Great time management, coordination of projects, and ability to follow up closely with stakeholders on project timelines or deadlines.
- Fairly independent and adaptable to working with several online systems, workflows, and social media platforms.
