Joining the Delta Capita Global HR Team in Singapore, as a TA and HR Intern, you'll play a key role in ensuring top talent acquisition, building a strong pipeline for the future, and supporting various HR tasks in the APAC region.

This fast-paced internship involves supporting talent acquisition and HR activities across different APAC business lines, such as Post Trade Services, Client Lifecycle Management, and Consulting. You'll work closely with the Talent and Brand Manager and the Regional HR Business Partner to contribute to ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition)

  • Support day-to-day recruitment tasks, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and screening applications.
  • Contribute to marketing materials, conduct market research, and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Help with recruitment data updates and internal/external recruitment activities.
  • Support internal and external communications related to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities (Human Resource)

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, manage HR documentation, and assist in HR-related tasks.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for new and departing employees, maintain HR records, and engage in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address minor employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of local employment laws, proficiency in MS Office, interest in people management, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and practice confidentiality.
