- Provide access to cultural resources like traditional medicines and ceremonies to meet their needs.
- Offer culturally respectful services to community members and providers following the organization's values.
- Develop personalized plans to assist youth in their transition to adulthood.
- Organize various services and activities such as life skill workshops, job readiness training, and cultural events.
- Maintain confidentiality and case management for assigned individuals.
- Provide one-on-one support for tasks like program navigation and appointment assistance.
