The Program

Onboarding
It all begins with Onboarding at our corporate office in Singapore.

You'll learn about all aspects of our business, from our culture and our history to our organizational structure - and you'll hear it all directly from our senior leaders.


First-hand experience
Next, you'll spend several days gaining hands-on experience in one of our brand's restaurants.

This will give you a close-up insight into how our business works at its core (_pending safe return to work guidelines_).


High-impact role


After restaurant training, you'll jump straight into a real, high-impact Senior Manager role - one that matches our business needs with your ambitions and talents.

No matter what that role is, you'll have the responsibility you need to help transform our organization.

What You Need:

  • A good academic track record you should be a student completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at an accredited university graduating in end2023 / early202 4 to 7 years of related work experience ideally from consulting, banking, CPG, retail, or hospitality
  • A performancefocused, resultsoriented approach you'll have a strong work ethic and a determination to achieve success
  • Ownership mentality, selfmotivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions
  • Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions
  • Solid analytical capabilities and structured thinking
