  • Attend to all phone, online and walk-in enquiries
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Arrange and conduct all school tours (physical or virtual)
  • Proactively track and follow up on leads and address any further questions parents may have
  • Handle student registration process and student withdrawal process
  • Handle purchases and manage inventories
  • Assist Centre Principal in handling and addressing parent complaints
  • Organise and attend marketing events such as Open House that may be held outside of the contracted hours
  • Handle fund collection, subsidies, staff reimbursements and all other administration duties
  • Other administrative and operational duties as required from time to time
