Summary of Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

To examine and present the performance of the company's business focusing on Sales, Operating Income, and Key Performance Indicators weekly and monthly.

1) Corporate Business Performance Analysis (70%)

  • Primarily focusing on sales, operating income, and cost breakdown
  • Consolidate and assess sales data from subsidiaries and production units to create weekly and monthly reports for each MD and CFO and develop a performance report for the Asia region on a weekly/monthly basis, comparing actual results with set targets
  • Perform gap analysis on actual performance in comparison to financial plans of subsidiaries
  • Oversee Key Performance Indicators of all Asia Region subsidiaries
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports for HQ

2) Miscellaneous Tasks (20%)

  • Handle ad-hoc reports from Regional CFO, CEO, and HQ
  • Distribute sales targets to subsidiaries to meet monthly forecasts

3) Financial Budgeting (10%)

  • Develop annual budget plans for regional staff teams
  • Manage and oversee GNMS / APMS systems
  • Supervise regional staff team budgets, including the corporate Marketing budget

Primary regular interactions internally and externally, and the purpose of these interactions:

  • Engage with HQ sales subsidiary management team
  • Collaborate with PMs and Planning group
  • Handle corporate business performance reporting, data compilation, and budget adjustments

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management or Accounting
  • Have more than a decade of experience in Accounting and Financial Planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency in global and virtual teamwork
  • Display robust coordination, interpersonal, and issue-solving skills
  • Quick learner and a valuable team member
