Responsibilities:

  • Onsite setting up of material testing systems for research and development of material characterization. Including Robotic system, Electrodynamic system, SH systems, Multi axis system, Torque system, Dynamic, High Temp. Testing system, Melt flow indexing system, drop impact crush system, medical testing system including autoinjectors
  • IQOQ validation and Design Qualification as per FDA 21 CFR part 11 Guidelines for Testing Systems
  • Analysis faults, failures & advise customer for spare parts or warranty replacement parts in accordance with commercial considerations.
  • Perform DakkS Accreditation for material testing system validation and calibration.
  • Provide user training for proper setup, usage & handling of material testing machine & software.
  • Trouble shooting and Repair of high temperature chambers and conditioning systems.
  • Regional Technical Support from Singapore to ASEAN, Korean, Australian Customers.

Your profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Material Science / Design

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in onsite setup and configuration of testing system used in research and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience in process validation IQOQ and Design Qualification as per FDA 21 CFR part 11 Guidelines for Testing Systems used in Medical & Pharma Industries
  • DAkkS Accreditation Expert for material testing system validation and calibration


 Software Programming
  • ZIMT, Auto Edition 2 and Auto Edition 3 for Material Characterization
  • Experience of handling, tuning, validating servo hydraulics systems
  • Experience of handling Robotic & Automation Testing Systems for Material Characterization and knowledge of Robotic programming
  • Knowledge of system setting and performance check on Autoinjectors of medical devices
  • Knowledge of Optical measurement system for finite strain, characterization.
  • 50% to 70% travel requirements.
