Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team at 10 DESIGN ASIA PTE. LIMITED in Singapore. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement architectural design concepts and strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers and architects to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related construction design discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling within an architectural practice.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Certified Professional in Revit is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Revit family creation workflows, Revit/AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks & BIM360 is advantageous.
  • Awareness of IS019650 global BIM and information management standards is highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
