Mission of the Role
The Public Affairs & Communications Manager holds a pivotal position in managing and augmenting the company's reputation, relationships with various stakeholders, and representation at trade associations, agencies, and beyond.
You will actively engage in trade associations, external agency meetings, advocate for Campari on key topics, influence industry positions, and monitor regulatory trends to address challenges and leverage opportunities proactively.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment, develop strategies for positive engagement with stakeholders, and build trust.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory efforts in the APAC region to ensure fair taxation and market access for Campari's portfolio.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting the industry and develop strategies to address them.
- Track sustainability regulations and develop policies for compliance.
- Design and implement a tailored Public Affairs and Communications strategy.
- Participate in industry associations, manage brand reputation, and assess risk.
- Support cross-functional teams and assist with corporate communications.
Key Relationships
External: Trade associations, Industry Partners, NGOs, etc.
- Internal: Public Affairs, Legal, HR, Marketing, Sales, and more.
Experience & Education & Skills
- Master's/Undergraduate Degree in relevant fields.
- Deep understanding of FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese a plus.
