Role Overview:
You will be joining a team dedicated to driving workforce transformation and upskilling efforts within the integrated facilities management and environmental services sectors. As part of this team, you will need to demonstrate strong business acumen and excel in engaging stakeholders across all levels to address their workforce challenges effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps and opportunities through strategic engagement with key accounts and partners
- Create engagement strategies, propose solutions, and monitor project progress using data-driven methods
- Develop a deep understanding of the industries and stay informed about WSG's initiatives supporting enterprises in their human capital strategies
- Assist in developing proof-of-concept projects under the Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) and ensuring scalability
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as sectoral agencies, unions, and trade associations
- Support outreach activities, marketing efforts, and networking events to promote awareness and adoption of best practices
Requirements:
- Proficient in data analytics to derive insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with government initiatives related to workforce, HR, and training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Prior experience in business development, account management, or project management is advantageous
