Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing and guiding a team of consultants within the Implementation team
  • Responsible for the continuous performance and development of team members
  • Liaise with other functions to align on best practices and provide ideas on process improvements
  • Attend product meetings related to new functionalities, user training and deployment
  • The Implementation consultant team lead will work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing
  • This role will be responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the "payroll transition manual" specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
  • This is a high visibility client facing role which requires acting as the client's main point of contact for payroll specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
  • Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed and parallels and handover documents are signed off

Attributes and Experience Required:

  • With at least 5 years working experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
  • With at least 2 years of experience in team management
  • Experience or understanding in implementation of payroll and / or HR solutions
  • Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements is an advantage
  • Experience or understanding of different payroll platforms like Workday, Success Factors, Peoplesoft, Sage
  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible for prioritising client's payroll and delivering payrolls as required
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Provides leadership, support, and guidance to the team.
  • Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer service
  • Participates in the implementation of team initiatives and strategies.
  • Assertive action and decisionmaking skills
