We are currently seeking a talented professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Community Development Senior Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Community Development Senior Analyst - C12) based in Marina View, Singapore. This team focuses on driving positive societal impact in communities where Citi operates, including the global initiatives of the Citi Foundation. The Assistant Vice President will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing community programs and engagement across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of community organizations implementing programs in Asia Pacific, assess program effectiveness, and communicate community impact internally and externally Assist in designing and implementing Citi Foundation’s global programs and strategy Coordinate Citi's Global Community Day and support volunteering initiatives year-round Prepare presentations for high-level meetings and represent CID internally and externally Stay updated on community program trends and promote best practices internationally Support internal and external communications efforts to enhance visibility of community programs Adhere to Citi's charitable contribution process and assess risks in decision-makingDesired Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in community development, social impact, or corporate communications Experience in both multinational corporations and the nonprofit sector preferred Advanced degree in relevant fields is a plus Strong English communication skills, proficiency in another local language is advantageous Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in community efforts Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and work well under pressureJoining Citi means more than just a job; it's becoming part of a global family of over 230,000 dedicated individuals.
