About the Role:

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager and internal teams on marketing strategy
  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing department
  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
  • Maintaining the marketing database
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
  • Understanding company product and brand
  • Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
  • Organizing market research
  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
  • Updating social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and Discord)

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Admin Assistant
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of social media channels like
  • Experience working in a startup, Fintech or Web3 space is an advantage
