1. SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Must hold a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (IAL DACE certified) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
  • At least a bachelor's degree in their respective domain area.
  • Must possess good presentation skill and English written grammar.
  • Punctual in meeting delivery timeline.
  • Effective communicator and a team player.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Consultant to the Academic Director on WSQ matters.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create endtoend course development of WSQ compliant course materials.
  • Course design, develop and revise a full set of course materials and suggested solutions to existing curriculum i.e. Information Technology, Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management or Accounting, etc.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for approval and complete the entire process within project deadline.
  • Craft valid and reliable WSQ assessment criteria and specifications
  • Anticipate potential shortcomings and to suggest corrective actions.
  • Any other task as and when directed by the senior management.

3 POSITION AUTHORITY AND REPORTING
The successful applicant will work under the general direction of and be responsible to the Academic Director and Registrar.
