Senior Office Assistant

Office Administration:
- Manage daily office needs and ensure our workspace is organized and wellstocked
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the coworking space management regarding facility issues, bookings, and memberships.
- Coordinate with IT support to resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel accommodations as needed.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Onboard new employees, including coordinating with IT for equipment setup and introducing them to company policies and culture.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the management of employee benefits, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Team Support:
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing company announcements and organizing team events.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
Salary Range:
SGD 4,500 - 7,000

5 years of proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with additional experience in HR tasks

Familiarity with office equipment and management systems

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
:

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
