Job Title: Senior Events Officer


We are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as the Senior Events Officer. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of our events and activities.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for RSIS' Events Unit
  • Lead the coordination of various events
  • Assist in organizing and managing events, including liaising with speakers and guests, handling logistics, managing budgets, and overseeing event execution
  • Monitor and track the progress of event planning
  • Ensure all event requirements are met
  • Adhere to RSIS and NTU policies and regulations

Requirements:
  • Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with virtual events software is a plus
  • Knowledge of ITQ/ITT process for procurement is desirable
