Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterstützt grosse und kleinere Banken bei der digitalen Transformation. Mit deinem fachlichen und methodischem Wissen begleitest du Projekte, entwickelst Lösungen und setzt neue Standards in der Bewältigung aktueller Herausforderungen.
  • Du begleitest die Implementierung neuer Betriebsmodelle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT im Bereich Investorenschutz, Anlageberatung (Bankprodukte), Wertschriftenhandel und Regulatorik.

Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn
  • Du solides Fachwissen im Bereich Bankprodukte und Prozesse hast (Wertschriftenhandel, Abwicklung, Reporting)
  • Du regulatorische Anforderungen im Bereich Anlegerschutz kennst und im jeweiligen Kontext anwenden weisst (z.B. FIDLEG, FinFraG, EMIR, MiFID, MiFIR)
  • Du bestenfalls Erfahrungen in der Leitung oder Durchführung von Transformationsprojekten hast.
  • Du deine Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking bereits in Projekten bei einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen unter Beweis gestellt hast (mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung).
  • Dir die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen Freude bereitet und du als kommunikative Person gerne dein Wissen teilst.
  • Du einen Studienabschluss in Wirtschafts- oder Finanzwissenschaften mitbringst.
  • Du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht in Deutsch und Englisch (C2-Level) aufbereiten und kommunizieren kannst.

Als i-Tüpfelchen bringst du mit
  • Vorhandene fachliche Zertifizierungen wie CFA sowie methodische Zertifizierungen wie SCRUM, SAFe, PMI sind von Vorteil.
