Your Impact
The Vice President of Customer Success for APAC plays a key role in merging strategic vision with operational excellence to propel growth and reach across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will lead customer teams in delivering exceptional Anaplan planning and analytics solutions, ensuring ongoing customer success and growth throughout their journey with us. This role involves overseeing internal and external teams to guarantee the successful implementation of Anaplan solutions, driving robust adoption and expansion strategies devised in collaboration with the GTM team.
- Forge enduring and reliable relationships by effectively engaging and communicating with customer executives, stakeholders, and partners to secure long-term satisfaction and success
- Boost customer renewal rates above 90% by enhancing visibility and enforcing operational discipline
- Spot and leverage opportunities for customer adoption and expansion through data-driven strategies
- In partnership with the Managing Director, spearhead new business ventures and expansions across APAC by acquiring new customers using effective Customer Success and Professional Services offerings
- Guide customers and teams through strategic initiatives, business processes, technology challenges, and client management issues, fostering self-sufficiency and growth within Anaplan
- Nurture, empower, and lead teams of Customer Success professionals to cultivate a competent workforce that contributes to the success of our clients and embodies the company's culture and values
- Additionally, in light of APAC's status as an emerging market, identify nations where Anaplan can establish a significant presence
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer success within the realm of technical enterprise products/solutions; global exposure is a plus
- At least 7 years of leadership experience, particularly in heading Customer Success teams in APAC, especially in Asia, ANZ & Japan
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and solve problems creatively
- Previous SaaS experience is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills; capable of effective listening and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, as well as mentoring teams in this skill
- Proven track record of leadership and change management skills
- A collaborative mindset and experience collaborating across teams and with stakeholders
- Readiness to go the extra mile to resolve issues promptly
- Resilience, resourcefulness, and agility to adapt quickly and with determination
- Passion for precision and data accuracy
