Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Creative Lead is a pivotal role within our business, responsible for driving the creative vision and execution of our brand across various platforms. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to guide a team of creative professionals. The Creative Lead will oversee the conceptualization, design, and production of experiences and visual content , ensuring all creative outputs align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Vision and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our clients' and business objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative and impactful ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross epartments to ensure cohesive and impactful creative outputs and outcomes

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages growth and creativity.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help team members achieve their professional goals

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets and timelines.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies as necessary to complete projects.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and integrity.
  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines and standards.
  • Monitor and adapt brand messaging and visuals in response to market trends and feedback.

Content Creation and Design

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity and innovation.
  • Implement feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful creative campaigns and event projects.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
