Purpose & Scope

Provide warehouse and logistics administration support for Sembcorp Solar Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation for Inbound shipment documentation, liaising with suppliers, logistics 3PL for on time delivery
  • Unloading from container, storage of delivered items
  • Inventory management to ensure SAP and physical stock tally
  • Picking and packing of items for delivery
  • Loading of items on trucks for delivery
  • Liaise with 3PL & warehouses for Warehousing and Logistics activities
  • Drive warehouse Safety and Productivity Improvement projects
  • Housekeeping of warehouse
  • Procurement of logistics
Qualifications & Experience

  • Passed GCE O Levels or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
Skills/Competencies & Preferred Characteristics

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advance Excel capability
  • Knowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules will be preferable
  • Knowledge of Logistics, import and export processes
  • Forklift license
  • Class 3 License
  • Flexible and willingness to learn
