My client is a high voltage equipment manufacturer. They are an MNC and have their footprints around the world.

about the job

  • Expanding company customer base through direct efforts and established networks
  • Sell on-load tap changers for power transformers to existing and new user
  • Drive business development strategies and explore new business opportunities
  • Identify potential clients, industries, and market segments for expansion
  • Develop new projects, achieve sales target and business development goals in terms of revenue and sales margins
  • Preparing tender documents, presentations, negotiation terms.
  • Analyse market conditions, review customer information

skills & experience required

  • Master / Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (in power engineering)
  • Min 4 years of commercial experience with high-voltage equipment producers or utility customers
  • Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage equipment and on-load tap changers will be a plus
  • Proven sales records in the power generation sector
  • Proficiency in conducting presentations and training sessions
  • Able to travel overseas for work assignment (50% travelling ASEAN region)
