About the Job: Regional Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement the Product Sales Strategy for Process Instrumental Product line.
  • Provide technical and product support to assist end users and channel partners.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders internal/external to oversee product delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities for commercial endeavors, responsible for designing and executing marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with distribution channels for building sales funnel and conducting competitive analysis.
  • Strategize growth plans, develop go-to-market strategies, and marketing programs to achieve revenue targets.
  • Engage with distribution channels and key account customers for demand creation and funnel management.
  • Ensure alignment of sales approach and strategies with regional sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide product application solutions through demos, support, and seminars to distribution channels and key customers.
  • Review sales funnel monthly to meet forecast and target goals.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support marketing programs and new product introductions.
  • Create and implement sales plans to increase opportunities and drive sales conversion.
  • Develop personal profile and brand within the territory through industry networking and trade events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Process Instrumentation, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience in Channel/Sales management within the field sales role.
  • Bonus: Experience in Power Utilities segment.
  • Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals.
  • Self-driven with a positive and resilient approach to work.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for business.
