Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore's leading provider of pre-tertiary academic programmes and university admissions advisory for IGCSE and IB students.

Over the past 7 years, we have built a strong presence on a high price, high-quality positioning. We are a fast-growing business looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team.

From digital marketing, to word-of-mouth promotion, you will help shape the voice of our company and communicate with an international clientele to grow our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing associate intern to join our growing team.

The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing.


Job Duties

  • Oversee marketing campaigns (abovetheline, belowtheline promotions)
  • Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content
Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics

  • Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram account
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations and curriculum

Job Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong research and analytical skills

Keen eye for detail

Good attitude to learn and improve

Strong time management and organization skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines

Preferably familiar with Social media, Google ads, and Website design

Additional Details
Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:
This is a paid internship for 6 weeks. $1000

Office Location: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09, S Hybrid.
