You contribute meaningfully to the business by providing support with in-house payroll accounting and general payroll administration for Singapore and Malaysia.

You will be responsible for processing payroll information into our payroll software. You ensure all employees are paid in accordance with employment laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process new hire and termination paperwork.
  • Data entry of payroll information into payroll software such as administration of Leave, Staff Card and Medical Insurance benefits.
  • Maintain master data of employee files.
  • Filing of Government Paid Leave schemes and NS Claims
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and other adhoc reports as required.

Besides your personality we see that you have / are:

  • Adequate working experience in Payroll administration, preferably in medium to large team organization handling high volume of payroll.
  • Meticulous and with high level of accuracy, sensitive to numbers and takes pride in accountability of your work.
  • Excellent internal drive, results driven, willing and open to learning and grow beyond payroll function.
  • Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with stakeholders, influence and handle pushback in high pressure situation.
  • Effective and inspiring communicator, charismatic, clear and convincing positively energetic and is not afraid to build relations on both a personal and team level.

Additional Information
This is a
full-time position, reporting to the Payroll Manager.

You will be based at
Singapore Support Office.
