The Business Resiliency Management group, in partnership with the business, is responsible for the management and delivery of the firm's Business Resiliency Program which includes development of business resiliency strategies, co-ordination of testing of recovery capabilities and coordination of crisis management


This role is based in Singapore and is responsible for providing MIS, reporting, automation and control & governance oversight for the resiliency team, or providing back-up capabilities to the resiliency managers including conduct resiliency quality reviews, and support with resiliency tests, exercises, large scale crisis events as needed.

You will be developing partnerships with businesses end to end i.e. front office, operations and technology, and have interactions with individuals at a senior levels in the organization.

Other key partnerships exist with the internal providers of Business Recovery Facilities and Technology, as well as with the Global Business Resiliency Crisis Management, Audit and Operational/Information Risk Management and Oversight and Controls teams.


Responsibilities:

**Resiliency Program Delivery & Execution

  • Supports the execution of the firm's business resiliency policies and standards and resiliency continuous improvement program
  • Participate in and support planning, coordinating and reporting of business resiliency quality check reviews and testing events.
  • Identify gaps in capability and manage their remediation through resiliency quality reviews.
  • Promote Business Resiliency knowledge sharing among the Business community
  • Assist with recovery sites planning, management and coordination.

Governance, Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare, monitor and publish resiliency metrics and reports, and ensuring reports and metrics integrity and follow up and due diligence on any nonadherence
  • Act in an advisory capacity with respect to resiliency tools, metrics and data submissions
  • Evaluate options for automation of reports and engage in process improvements
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities of leveraging advanced analytics
  • Investigate and provide resolution on queries related to reports and work with Resiliency group on enhancements
  • Streamline, rationalize and support the resiliency regulatory governance and reporting for APAC.

Required Skills, Capabilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Resiliency / Reporting and Data Analytics / Project Management skills within the financial services industry is required
  • Prior track record of supporting diverse teams within a global environment is highly preferred
  • Diligence and attention to detail, and proven track record on managing accurate and timeline reporting and data analytics
  • Strong organization skills, initiative and discipline to timelines so as to deliver on business results
  • We're a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
