Marsh is offering an exciting opportunity in their Asia business for a Senior Risk Advisory executive. The position is for a Head of Resilience Consulting, Marsh Advisory, Asia based in either Singapore or Hong Kong office.

What to Expect:

Marsh Advisory is looking for a Senior Leader to expand their Strategic Risk Consulting (SRC) practice in Asia. This includes areas like Resilience, Climate & Sustainability, Cyber, and Enterprise Risk Management. They need an experienced professional to oversee the sales and delivery of major Resilience projects. The role involves strategy development, proposition creation, sales, and management. Projects will focus on helping clients anticipate and respond to threats, develop resilient frameworks, and ensure effective resilience arrangements.

They are seeking individuals with expertise in:
- Business Continuity Management
- Crisis Management
- Supply Chain resilience
- Physical climate risk resilience
- IT Disaster Recovery
- Operational Resilience
- Physical Security

Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership:
- Develop and execute Marsh's Asia's Resilience Consulting strategy
- Enhance consulting propositions and develop new capabilities
- Share information and expertise across Marsh
- Provide updates on practice performance

Client Development:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Coordinate marketing activities
- Conduct research for business development

Project Oversight:
- Lead commercial consulting engagements
- Formulate new resilience approaches
- Ensure client satisfaction

Communications:
- Deliver written and oral communications effectively
- Articulate business goals and strategies

Requirements:
- 15+ years of professional experience in resilience consulting
- Track record in leading consulting practices
- Business development and management skills
- Knowledge of resilience technologies and industry developments
- Ability to advise senior client executives
- Understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Experience in risk quantification and career development
- Analytical expertise and thought leadership
- Experience in public speaking and relevant credentials
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Membership/accreditation with relevant bodies
