Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their business needs and forecast future skills requirement.
- Prioritize talent acquisition efforts accordingly.
- Monitoring changes in manpower head counts, compiling HR Records,, and assist in budget preparation and projection.
- Manage employees issues and provide support to hiring managers during on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Participate in committees and HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Support learning initiatives by identifying development needs, reviewing policies and processes, and facilitating training programs.
- Stay updated on industry guidelines and acquire new skills relevant to the role.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 4 years of related HR experience preferred in a healthcare environment.
