Support full cycle of the employee disciplinary and grievances escalations

  • Design, develop, implement and drive relevant HR policies; including partnering with Group HR on improvement of current policies or propose new initiatives for Singapore operations
  • Review and provide advisory on HR SOPs/Oms matters to meet internal governance framework, local statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure HR governance control framework are met in onboarding and life events processes
  • Support all operational and compliancerelated risk reporting process and outsourcing plans in HR
  • Support Compliance in MAS regulatory reporting and audit related activities
  • Manage full scope of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Act as a Business Risk and Compliance officer to provide advisory to stakeholders on HR Risk and Compliance matters

Salary Range:
SGD 7,500 - 9,500

  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity:
