- Design, develop, implement and drive relevant HR policies; including partnering with Group HR on improvement of current policies or propose new initiatives for Singapore operations
- Review and provide advisory on HR SOPs/Oms matters to meet internal governance framework, local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensure HR governance control framework are met in onboarding and life events processes
- Support all operational and compliancerelated risk reporting process and outsourcing plans in HR
- Support Compliance in MAS regulatory reporting and audit related activities
- Manage full scope of Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Act as a Business Risk and Compliance officer to provide advisory to stakeholders on HR Risk and Compliance matters

Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications:
At least 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity:
Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws:
Banking experience with exposure in MAS Compliance framework is an advantage:
RNF knowledge and experience is a must
