Position Summary:
We're on the lookout for a motivated Scientific Product Specialist to drive revenue growth, particularly in the chemical and water analysis segments. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach sales targets.
- Expand market outreach by strategically positioning our products and services.
- Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships to cultivate long-term collaborations.
- Identify new leads, scout potential clients, and explore fresh business avenues.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recognize emerging opportunities.
- Conduct thorough pricing analysis to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
- Resolve customer concerns by offering effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Hold a Class 3 Driving License; owning a vehicle is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the water industry.
- Team player with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Goal-driven individual with a solid grasp of technical terminology in chemistry and water treatment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Malay) is highly desirable to engage with a diverse clientele.
