Roles & Responsibilities

  • The team offers IT support to employees across different locations and manages the IT Concierge. The new hire will work on-site and might visit other locations as needed.
  • Provide end-to-end IT troubleshooting support, monitor service levels, and manage internal and outsourced IT service partners.
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction standards are met by managing processes and data.
  • Collate, analyze, and maintain data records for tracking service standards, dashboard reporting, audit, and governance.
  • Handle IT assets, including laptops, coordination with partners for stocktake, maintenance, and top-up of central asset pool.
  • Manage IT hardware tokens like IT cards, including collection, destruction, and distribution of cards to users.
  • Oversee IT accounts, coordinate with service partners for account-related tasks in line with IT and security policies.
  • Manage IT provisioning and induction for new hires, issuing IT devices, and orienting them on usage based on IT policies.
  • Support IT projects/initiatives rollout, coordinate with stakeholders, track data progress, and facilitate IT configuration changes and account access rights authorization.
  • Educate users on IT policies, processes, and their responsibilities in managing IT devices and accounts.

Skills & experience required:

  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident status
  • Diploma in IT/Computing/Engineering or ITE Certificate with relevant IT experience
  • Strong service excellence mindset
  • Good knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, and ITIL foundation training is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Work Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Assigned to 1 location)
  • Salary Range: $2,400 - $3,000
  • Performance Bonus
  • 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: 1 Year, renewable yearly up to 5+5 years
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Hours may vary, subject to team lead)
