Working for the Network Product Line (NPL), the Product Integration Lead is accountable for driving regional initiatives to accelerate JPMC's networking strategy in the APAC region.


NPL provides connectivity for clients across the firm as well as the millions of customers external to JPMorgan Chase & Co.

(JPMC).

These days many types of devices are network connected, from the typical servers and desktops to light bulbs and temperature sensors.

It is our group's responsibility to ensure that all such people and devices connect together smoothly, enabling the transport and sharing of data.

NPL is responsible for the architecture, design, plan, build, deployment and operations of JPMC's worldwide communications network.


A key member of our Network Product Line (NPL) Leadership Team in Asia Pacific, you will have primary accountability for the delivery of technology products and services to a portfolio of countries and legal entities.


Leading a team of product owners and engineers, you will operate as the primary interface between the line of business clients we serve and NPL including Product Owners, Product Engineers and Operations.


You will capture customers' desired outcomes, working with your partners to inform the development of Product whilst advocating NPL Strategy, ensuring an implementation which meets local requirements whilst leveraging global capability.

You will ensure delivery in line with agreed cost, quality and risk and control requirements, actively ensuring any deviations are addressed.


A strong communicator, you will ensure our clients awareness of Product roadmaps and strategies, actively supporting them in leveraging offerings to delivery competitive advantage through new functionality or reduced cost.

Similarly you will look to deepen the awareness that your Technology partners have of the markets you serve.

Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Ensure a clear portfolio of projects and key change activities is maintained for supported entities. Ensure client's awareness of projects and ensure technology partners are supported in their effective implementation
  • Ensure the establishment and management of client relationships in line with agreed NPL client engagement model.
  • Interact between clients and product teams on business required service, ensure followup on client unique requirement until delivery.
  • Act as a point of escalation and advocate for client when facing with Infrastructure related issues.
  • Boost client awareness of NPL products offering, roadmaps, organizational structure & operational scorecard. Ensure client feedback/service requests are collected regularly.

Technology Management

  • Manage NPL strategy to ensure balance between organizational strategy and location service requirements.
  • Provide regional Technology leadership to ensure the maintenance and uplift of location maturity in line with agreed practices.
  • Continuously maintain and improve operational stability ensuring delivery of service in line with Service Level Agreement commitments
  • Build a cost conscious culture to control and optimize the proper use of modernized technology infrastructure. Actively identify and progress cost saving

Teamwork and Leadership

  • Consistently communicate and update NPL strategy to employees key stakeholders / partners for awareness.
