Process and Governance

  • Procurement Process
  • Work closely with Market and Group Procurement to develop robust process and drive consistency and efficiency across organization. Responsible to document and communicate process. Support to rive process automation through digitalization or eliminate of nonvalue added activities.


 Procurement Governance
  • Support the development and monitor the execution of governance across the organization. Perform Group level procurement assurance and governance check.
  • Performance and Portfolio management
  • Report reporting for key procurement KPI like Cost Saving reporting and compliance performance.


 Procurement Councils
  • Organise procurement related councils and category reviews chaired by Head of Group Procurement. Monitor the execution of best practices sharing across Markets, promote collaboration and community building.


 Procurement Digital
  • Project team member to contribute and responsible for the success of project. Support Policies and SOP roll out, jointly with eprocurement system deployment.


 Sustainability
  • Support/Lead key initiatives on sustainability procurement or related topics.
Procurement Transformation

  • Support Procurement Transformation and change management.
  • Support the Digital Procurement transformation and lead S2P Process design.
  • Support Group Procurement Head in developing and executing training and development plan via Procurement Competency framework.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement/ Supply chain/ Business Management/Engineering with minimum 5 years procurement experience in Digital Procurement project and P2P Transformation and Project Management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems including SAP, S2P eplatform deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally with respective functions to drive S2P efficiency and compliance.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organization, engaging and collaborative way of working.
  • Passion in continuous improvement, people development and driving changes.
