GAM Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and roll-out of our leadership development programs. Someone who is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly organized.

This role is critical to our service delivery and ongoing growth and serves as an entry point into our company and the wider learning and development industry.

You will be providing support on the operational side of our programs.

You are the professional first point of contact for the other regions' program coordinators and external faculties throughout the implementation of a learning program.

An outgoing, collaborative communication style will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PRO APAC team and making sure high quality of project management is achieved, e.g., following up with the postworkshop evaluation scores, bringing problems/issues/potential risks to the key stakeholders' attention, etc.
  • Serving as the point of contact for external facilitators
  • Scheduling and coordinating of resources, including staffing of facilitators as required by project
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of program
  • Spend 60% of time managing GAM projects and 40% on maintaining data on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system hosted on Salesforce (cloudbased software)
  • Uploading project information relating to global and local projects on ERP system. This includes creating new ERP entries, staffing resources, inputting fees as per SOW, uploading postworkshop evaluation scores, and everything else relating to the workshops.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple program rollouts/projects at the same time
  • Proactive and have strong problemsolving and planning skills
  • Detailoriented and processoriented
  • Fluency in English are required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
  • Be able to take calls with global offices (in US/EU), which might happen after normal working hours (once a month or less)
