1. Role Description


The Operations & Customer Relations Manager is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment, and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients.

An Operations & Customer Relations Manager ensures client satisfaction and overcome any challenges clients may experience. Handle and improves all backend operation with regards to logistics, prices etc.

2. Specific Responsibilities

  • Adopt new trends & strategies to expand the customer base such as upselling and cross selling
  • Analyze customer behavior and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies
  • Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation

3. Competencies

  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms. Create plans to address clients' business needs
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
