Position Title: Operations Manager
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Executive Director Partner Management Operations - Rest of World (RoW)
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel needed annually

The Opportunity:
Join a vibrant team at the forefront of global education as our Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee and streamline operational processes for our current business partnerships across RoW regions. You will offer valuable advice, guidance, and assistance to improve program delivery and enhance the student experience with our partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational excellence for existing partnerships by working closely with the Academic Manager and Quality and Progression Manager.
  • Provide ongoing operational guidance and support to partners, including training on handbooks, class arrangements, delivery, technical support, student progression, and welfare.
  • Contribute to enhancing day-to-day operations, formulating and executing plans for operational excellence.
  • Establish and nurture fruitful partnership relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with partners to pinpoint areas for program enhancement and address operational issues professionally.
  • Foster strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders to elevate Study Group's standing.
  • Present complex information clearly and succinctly, effectively engaging diverse audiences.
  • Utilize business insights and data to monitor partner performance and identify trends.
  • Harness technology to enrich teaching, learning experiences, and support educational outcomes.
  • Support compliance, quality assurance, and progression for partner delivery, in collaboration with the Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Progression Associate Director.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory mandates.
  • Ensure student safety and compliance with partnership policies, work standards, and legal obligations.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements in operations, systems, processes, and methodologies.
Your Experience and Skills:
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration, or similar field.
  • Demonstrated management expertise in the international education sector, university, or related commercial field.
  • Experience in fostering partnership relationships at senior leadership and middle management levels within organizations.
  • Proficiency in operational frameworks, compliance necessities in partner countries (e.g., China, SE Asia), and preferably those relevant to the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
