As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our operational efforts and drive efficiency across our organization.


Position: Operations Manager

Location: Singapore


Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiencyand productivity.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes andworkflows, and implement solutions to streamline operations.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidanceand support to ensure team cohesion and effectiveness.
  4. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers,negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards ofservice delivery and customer satisfaction.
  6. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and stock movements, optimizinginventory turnover while minimizing carrying costs.
  7. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor operational performance, identifytrends, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards,keeping abreast of relevant regulations and implementing necessary changes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relatedfield.
  2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or SaaSindustry.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage andmotivate teams.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.
  6. Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
