This position reports to the Owner. The Operations manager oversees operations, staff, finances, and customer satisfaction. Drive business growth, ensure quality service, and maintain a positive work environment. Job Description

Individual to be involved in :

1. Oversee daily operations of the spa salon, including staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as marketing promotions and service enhancements.
3. Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
4. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction by addressing client concerns and feedback.
5. Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work culture and providing ongoing support and development.
6. Maintain compliance with regulations and standards related to spa operations, health, and safety.


Job Requriements

1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the spa salon, overseeing staff management, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
2. Devise and execute strategies to boost revenue, including implementing marketing promotions and enhancing spa services.
3. Take charge of financial management tasks such as budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis to ensure the spa's financial health.
4. Uphold exceptional customer service standards by promptly addressing client concerns and feedback to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
5. Recruit, train, and lead staff members, cultivating a positive work environment and providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards governing spa operations, health, and safety protocols to safeguard the well-being of clients and staff.
